Seed & Sprout Enamel Range Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter and promotion

1. The promoter is Seed & Sprout Pty Ltd (ABN 33 615 996 042), 6/5 Fern Pl, Byron Bay NSW 2481, Australia ("Seed & Sprout", "we", "us" or Promoter).
2. The promotion is the Seed & Sprout Enamel Range Giveaway (Promotion).
3. The Promotion starts at [19:30pm] AEDT on Friday 23 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Saturday 31 October 2026 (Promotion Period). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
4. The Promotion is open to Australian residents only and is free to enter. No purchase is necessary.
5. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
6. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Eligibility

1. The Promotion is open to Australian residents only; entries from people residing outside Australia are invalid and will be disqualified. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who hold a public Instagram account (Entrant).
2. The friend an Entrant tags (Tagged Friend) must also be an Australian resident aged 18 or over, and must be following @seedandsproutco on Instagram at the time of the draw to share in the prize.
3. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and agencies or individuals associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
4. The Promoter may verify the eligibility of any Entrant or Tagged Friend and may request proof of identity, age and residency. Anyone who cannot provide it within the time requested is ineligible.
5. The Promoter may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes is fraudulent, made using fake or bot accounts, made by tampering with the entry process, or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3. How to enter

1. To enter, during the Promotion Period the Entrant must:
   1. like the giveaway post on the @seedandsproutco Instagram account;
   2. tag one friend (their "baking buddy") in a comment on the giveaway post; and
   3. ensure both the Entrant and the Tagged Friend are following @seedandsproutco on Instagram.
2. One tag equals one entry. Each friend an Entrant tags counts as a separate entry, whether tagged in one comment or across several comments. There is no limit on the number of entries, provided each tagged friend is a different person. If an entry is drawn, the friend tagged in that entry is the Tagged Friend.
3. Bonus entry: Entrants who share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story during the Promotion Period, tagging @seedandsproutco, will receive one additional entry into the draw. The Entrant's account must be public, or the Story must otherwise be visible to @seedandsproutco, for the bonus entry to be counted.
4. Entries must be the Entrant's own and must not tag brands, business accounts, fake accounts or the same friend more than once.
5. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are not received or not visible due to Instagram settings, technical faults or account restrictions.

4. Prize

1. There are two prize packs: one for the winning Entrant and one for their Tagged Friend. Each prize pack is valued at $1,080.00 RRP The total prize pool is $2,160.00 RRP.

3. Each winner may choose one colour for the enamel items in their prize pack: Blueberry, Macadamia or Eucalyptus. If a chosen colour is out of stock at the time of fulfilment, the Promoter will offer one of the other available colours.
4. Prize values are correct at the time of publishing. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in value.
5. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. If any prize item becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable laws.
7. Prizes will be delivered free of charge to an Australian street address provided by each winner, within 1 week of the winner confirming their details. The Promoter is not responsible for prizes lost or damaged in transit once dispatched.

5. Winner selection, notification and claiming

1. The draw will take place at on Monday 2 November 2026. One winning entry will be selected at random from all valid entries using a random selection tool.
2. The Entrant who made the winning entry and the friend tagged in that entry will each win one prize pack, provided both meet the eligibility requirements. If the Tagged Friend is ineligible, the Promoter will [draw a replacement entry / award the second prize pack to the Entrant] at its discretion.
3. Winners will be notified by direct message from the official @seedandsproutco Instagram account on 2 November 2026. The Promoter may also announce the winners' Instagram handles on its Instagram account.
4. The Promoter will only contact winners from @seedandsproutco. It will never ask winners to pay a fee, click an external link, or provide bank or card details. Any account doing so is not the Promoter and should be reported.
5. Winners must reply with their full name, Australian delivery address, phone number and chosen colour within [7] days of notification to claim their prize.
6. If a winner does not claim their prize within that time, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter will conduct a redraw and notify the new winner in the same way.
7. The Promoter's decision on the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Instagram release, liability and privacy

1. Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. are fully released from all liability by each Entrant and Tagged Friend. Questions or complaints about the Promotion must be directed to the Promoter, not Instagram.
2. The Promoter is not responsible for technical faults, platform outages, changes to Instagram's functionality, or any other event outside its reasonable control that affects the Promotion.
3. Winners agree that the Promoter may share their Instagram handle and, with their consent, photos of their prize on its social channels.
4. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia
