Every September, I get excited at the prospect of a good Spring Clean. Not just my spaces but my body too. It's a great time to be extra mindful about everything we surround ourselves with and everything we put into our bodies. Spring is the perfect time for us to hit reset, clear out the old, and welcome in the new. This September, I invite you to join me every week as I focus on detoxing a different part of my life - not just our bodies, but our entire living spaces.

Why Detox?

Detoxing is about more than just cleansing; it's an opportunity to start fresh. Whether it's the cleaning products under your sink, the food storage habits in your kitchen, or even the way you care for your body, detoxing is a way to remove toxins that may be holding you back. I like to think of it as the perfect opportunity to simplify and create space for what truly matters my your life.

Every Spring, I take stock of what harmful chemicals, unnecessary clutter, and unhealthy habits have crept into my life. I aim for a healthier, more sustainable way of living. We’re starting with fresh spaces. Natural, non-toxic cleaning swaps will leave your home sparkling without the nasties. And when it comes to composting, we’ll show you how to turn scraps into garden gold – because nothing says renewal like giving back to the earth.

Meal Prep:

The heart of the home is in the kitchen, and smart meal prep is one of the best detox steps you can take. A little planning goes a long way – helping you cut down on food waste, save money, and always have healthy, nourishing meals ready when you need them.

Food Storage:

Next up, the pantry. Out with single-use plastics, in with reusables that keep food fresher for longer. It’s all about decluttering, organising, and creating a kitchen that works beautifully for both you and the planet.
