Tongue scraping is traditionally an Ayurvedic practice. In Ayurveda, tongue scraping is believed to stimulate various organs through the tongue's connection to different parts of the body. This stimulation is thought to support overall health and well-being.
Our Stainless Steel Tongue Scraper with a Rose Gold Plating can sit at your bathroom sink or in your shower. We like to keep ours sink-side in our Everything Pot as a reminder to use it each morning.
