Cyclone Alfred Postage Updates

Tropical Cyclone Alfred is due to make impact with the East Australian Coast between Thursday March 6th and Sunday March 9th. While we navigate the changing circumstances, we will endeavour to keep our customers up to date.

Both our warehouse and our staff are based in the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers and their safety is our number one priority. We are preparing for the worst but hoping for the best. Power & internet outages are extremely likely over the course of the cyclone across South Queensland and Northern NSW (Thursday 6th March - Sunday 9th March).

If You Are Looking To Place An Order

Our website is still live and you can place an order at any time. We will experience shipping delays and will not be able to guarantee our usual dispatch times of 1-2 days (or 24 hours for Express Orders). We would suggest opting for Standard Shipping as Express Shipping times are likely to vary during and post Cyclone Alfred.

Auspost has suspended all services in South-East Queensland and parts of Northern New South Wales from Wednesday 5th March until further notice.

If you are purchasing for an urgent gift we'd recommend opting for a Gift Card instead.

If You Have Already Placed An Order

Thank you for ordering with us! Delays to dispatch are highly likely whilst our staff, warehouse and shipping carriers (Auspost, Aramex etc) navigate changes in circumstances.

You will receive a shipping notification once your order is on its way to you.
