Okay chocolate lovers, this one is for you! If you hit those 3pm energy slumps (like we do), then this is the perfect go to snack for you, introducing the Double Choc Chip Protein Balls.
INGREDIENTS:
39g Chocolate Protein Powder
30g Coconut flour
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
125g Almond Butter
30ml Maple Syrup
35ml Water
10g Cacao Nibs
20g Walnuts - roughly chopped
METHOD:
- Combine protein powder, coconut flour and cacao powder in a bowl.
- Add in almond butter, maple syrup and water and combine with your hands until a sticky dough has formed. Mix through cacao nibs and walnuts.
- Using the palm of your hand, roll the mixture into 10 even balls and set in our Eco Stows in you fridge for half an hour.
- Serve 2 balls and refrigerate the leftover balls to be consumed over the week.
