  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup plain flour
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 3/4 teaspoons sea salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup canola oil or extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  • In one bowl combine the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, icing sugar, chocolate chips, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, water, and vanilla.
  • Add the dry mix to the wet mix and stir until combined.
  • Pour the batter into your Air Fryer Bowl and add toppings of your choice, we included walnuts and a couple of extra choc chips!
  • Bake for 40 to 48 minutes at 165c in our Air Fryer or Oven, but we recommend giving it a check until a toothpick comes out with only a few crumbs attached (it's always better to get brownies out while they are still a bit gooey as they harden up as they cool down!).
  • Cool completely if you can wait!...or eat straight from the bowl like us!
  • Store in a silicone pouch in the fridge or freezer!
